My Story
Welcome to Brook Lane Property Staging,
my name is Lynne and I have been a resident of the Blue Mountains for over 30 years.
I started this business in 2019 and have since been successfully working with clients and local real estates agents to prepare and present houses in the best way possible for sale.
Over the years I have invested in properties, renovated and staged. Not only has this had a positive impacted on the sale price of the property but also increased my potential rental values.
I am a member of The International Institute Of Home Staging.
Now my family has grown up I am taking my passion to help others prepare and present their own properties for sale with my team.

At Brook Lane our priority is to help you present your house for sale and to achieve a great price in the shortest period of time.
We can advise you on preparing your property for sale. From decluttering, addressing areas that need cleaning inside or out and recommending repairs.
We will put together a plan to maximise your properties potential worth by creating spaces where buyers will emotionally connect and envisage themselves living there.
The Process
Initial property visit – Plan and quote – Install and present – Pack up and remove
Integrated Staging – This is where we can use your furniture and introduce some soft homewares and furnishings to create the best of the space.
Full Staging – Where the property is vacant we will provide suitable furniture to complete the layout of the property.
